Make Your Backyard 4th of July Ready!

Just finish remodeling your home or kitchen and ready to show off? The 4th of July is the perfect time to show your newly renovated home to all your friends while having a fun time. Here are some ways to bring your backyard to life for an awesome 4th of July party.

SUMMER COLORS

Not every house has a large garden in the backyard to fill with summer plants. However, filling planters with fresh flowers in holiday colors is a wonderful way to bring summer color to your patio. Make sure to wash old furniture to make the patio look brighter, cleaner and more welcoming to guests.

LIGHTS

Add some red, white and blue LED lights or some tiki torches in the backyard to put your yard into the holiday mood. Build or buy a small fire pit for the backyard. The kids will love roasting marshmallows over the fire and the adults will enjoy hanging out and talking by the fire.

FOOD

Food should be simple. No one wants to be hidden away in the kitchen during a party. Make some quick and easy no-bake foods to keep kitchen time to a minimum. Grilling in the backyard is a classic 4th of July tradition that brings the kitchen outside so you can grill a delicious meal and still socialize with friends.

AMERICAN FLAG

The most important piece to any 4th of July party is the American flag. Fly that flag proudly as you celebrate our great nation while celebrating a successful home renovation at the same time!
